You, and only you. The data is not visible to the public, just you in a password proteced area.

You, the customer own the data. Should you decide to cancel the account an exported text file will be made available to you within 72 hours.

Who is the target customer for Stronico?
The target customer for Stronico is the lead developer Steve French,i.e. me, your humble author. I have a horrible time remembering people (both names and faces) I've met at conventions, meetings, family reunions, events involving light, etc. I came up with the Stronico idea several years ago when it occured to me that how I actually did remember anyone (eventually) was through the connection between the two of us.
Later, I was talking to a superlative networker and salesman friend of mine about his latest sale. He effortlessly relayed the 15-step connection between him and his new customer. Then the real idea hit me; the connection was the key, I just wasn't very good making the connection.
Being a web developer, I naturally decided to outsource my unskilled thinking to the internet. Silverlight 2.0 from Microsoft came out around that time as well, so a match was made and I started writing the Stronico application.

What does "Stronico" mean?
It has no actual meaning. I was trying to come up with a name while listening to an old Album from
Doc Watson when the song "Lone Pilgrim" came on. For whatever reason I remember the Russian word (I have a passing familiarity with the language) for pilgrim, which is "Stranik". The name Stronico naturally came around after that. I tried it on a few people, and the name stuck. The domain name being available helped in the choice too.

You can have an infinite number of contacts.

In version 2, yes, it will, in the current version (verion 1) Stronico does not.

When will Stronico leave beta?
I wish we knew - when all of the meaningful fixes are in place. Naturally no one will be charged until the final design is ready, and then not for a considerable period of time after that.
